Shipping Information

Where do you ship from?

All books are shipped from Victoria, Australia. We proudly support local printing and distribution wherever possible.

Do you ship within Australia?

Yes — we offer standard and express shipping across Australia. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please contact us for details. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

• Standard (Australia): 3–7 business days

• Express (Australia): 1–3 business days

• International: 7–21 business days, depending on your region

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods (e.g. book launch month or holidays).

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its progress.

Do you offer local pickup?

Currently, we do not offer local pickup. However, signed copies may be available at selected local events or book fairs.

What if my book arrives damaged?

We take great care in packing each book, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by our contact form and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement.
